Terms of Service.

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy.

1. Deposit Requirement: To secure your booking for saddle cleaning services, a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at the time of scheduling. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service.

2. Non-Refundable Terms: The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. This policy ensures that our schedule is maintained efficiently, and time is allocated specifically for your saddle cleaning needs.

3. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointments with at least 48 hours notice prior to the original appointment time. The deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date. Failure to reschedule within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Cancellation: If a client chooses to cancel the service after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be refunded. The deposit amount cannot be transferred to other services or products.

5. No-Show Policy: If the client fails to appear for the scheduled appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book any future services.

6. Exceptions: In rare and exceptional cases, such as emergencies, inclement weather, or travel restrictions, management may, at their discretion, consider rescheduling without forfeiture of the deposit. Such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

7. Payment of Balance: The remaining balance for the saddle cleaning service is due upon completion of the service. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in additional fees or refusal of future services.
