Monday - Friday:

  • We offer appointment times beginning at 6:00 PM to accommodate your busy schedule for your convenience. Please be advised, all appointments during the weekdays are booked locally within 30 miles of the Fort Worth area to ensure we meet your scheduled appointment in a timely manner.

  • Pick-up and delivery services are available for local-area customers.

Saturday - Sunday:

  • We provide statewide service on weekends, allowing flexibility for all of our customers throughout the state. Appointments are available at various times beginning at 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so please contact us to schedule your weekend service.

Mileage Pricing Policy:

Distance from Fort Worth - Travel Fee

Local-Area (within 30 miles of Fort Worth)

  • No Travel Charge

Regional Travel (31-250 miles)

  • 31-60 miles: $40 (round-trip)

  • 61-100 miles: $75 (round-trip)

  • 101-150 miles: $125 (round-trip)

  • 151-250 miles: $200 (round trip)

Long-Distance Travel (251+ miles)

  • $0.75 per round-trip mile one-way.

  • Travel fees may be reduced or waived for multiple saddles at the same location.
